Kobe to Izumo: A Journey for Good Fortune in Love and Work! (3 days, 2 nights)


This tour takes you to some of Japan’s most popular spots for luck in finding love. The tour finishes at Izumo Taisha Shrine, the most famous of such spots in Japan, and many believe that making a wish there guarantees a match.

    The Shinto deity enshrined here is Wakahirume, the goddess of weaving. Just as threads weave together in cloth, she is said to weave good love relations.

    Here, visitors invite romantic fulfillment by sprinkling water on a carp statue (carp is “koi” in Japanese, a homonym for “romantic love”).
